As many of you do, I believe we should stay current on the legal changes in the business as frequently as possible. We're starting 2023 with a legal update from one of our sponsors of the group and my friend Martin Garcia with Simplified Title.  Martin just returned from a recent legislative and case law update in Austin recently, and he’s going to share what he learned so we start the year armed with the knowledge of these changes.
