The West DFW REI Group was formed in Nov 2009 in Weatherford, TX where we met for the first 4-5 years, after which we moved to west Fort Worth and have grown to over 1600 members/users to date and growing, with our main monthly meeting attendance ranging from 15 to 50 each month depending on the topic for the month. We also hold a monthly in-person lunch networking event and one to three virtual meetings every month, all of which are opportunities for you to spread the word about your product or service. We also see new members/users joining the group monthly, increasing your promotion opportunities.
The West DFW REI Group Vendor program is simple and easy for new vendors to get involved with us. Here’s what you receive for your investment with our group:
There are three price points to consider if you’re interested in becoming a vendor. They are:
- $400 for Three months,
- $600 for Six months,
- $1,000 for 12 months to become a Vendor.
No other REIA group in North Texas that I am aware of offers vendor opportunities at these price points, which allows you to expose your product or service to likely buyers.
When your company becomes an annual vendor, your annual vendor price remains the same forever as long as you don’t allow your account to expire.
The prices above are NOT for an exclusive position, meaning other vendors could offer similar products or services that may become vendors.
As a vendor, you receive the following benefits/perks:
To start with, not only are you a vendor but you are also treated as a VIP member and have all the same benefits VIP members have, meaning, if you are also investing, you receive double the value and enjoy all the VIP member benefits of the group, which is huge. Your company’s info/ Bio and video interview is placed on our group vendors page.
Your company logo will be included in my monthly presentation to the group. This presentation is available to all members in their member download area, so they have your contact info. This is also accessible to all first-time guests as well.
At the beginning of each meeting, I do vendor introductions, and you or one of your company representatives will have 2 minutes to stand up and introduce yourself and explain what your company offers our members and how you can help them. You also get this same opportunity during our virtual meetings.
If you cannot attend our meeting, I will present your company’s products and services based on the information you provide.
During our Main Monthly Meeting (MMM), a table is available to place your company flyers and business cards to promote your services.
We use a very powerful REIA group software, which includes email marketing and autoresponders to market and promote the group. We also have a Facebook Group & Page, Instagram, Meetup, LinkedIn, and YouTube Channel, all available to your company to teach and promote your products and services. A paid upgrade is available for additional marketing of your company and service on all of our outgoing emails to members or our entire database of users if interested. Call for details.
All vendors are also given an email dedicated to their company product or service that is added to the “New Members Welcome” email series. When new VIP members join the group, they receive emails on how to get started, various tool recommendations, and an email dedicated to each trusted vendor. You can add anything to this email, including images and videos. You only write it once, and then it's added to the system to go out automatically. This can be huge for your business.
We encourage you to come early to our meetings to network, meet the members, and build relationships.
You can access the group’s social media and Meetup Discussion Forum/Bulletin Board to educate and post promotional material about your products/services to our membership.
You get my recommendation/endorsements and referrals when anyone asks me for my recommendations.
You can teach periodically in your area of expertise with a soft sales pitch of your products and services.
You can participate in our Q&A panels 1-2 times per year.
You can promote your business by posting real estate-related blogs and articles for our group blog. I encourage you to do this 1-3 times a year to help drive more business to your company and educate our members. We will even post it for you if you provide the material.
When you provide me with a write-up of your products and services, I will add that to our welcome email that goes out to all our new members as they join the West DFW REI Group. This email can include your picture, logo, website, and contact info.
BONUS BENEFIT – When you become a vendor, I will conduct a video interview with you about your company and the products and services you offer our members, and it will be posted on our vendors page and our YouTube Channel. This is to help viewers get to know you and encourage them to contact you. This is a huge benefit – at no extra cost to you. See the sample video HERE. New ideas being considered-
Pay Per Event Sponsorship – Another option we have been considering is a Pay-Per-Event type of sponsorship, where you pay a flat fee for a specific event. Call for details.
