This month, we will discuss property management with our guest speaker and newest Sponsor, Jon Beaman with Kimball Property Management. Jon has been a licensed Realtor since September 2013. He started with a large corporate property management company in January 2014 and decided after 8 years of experience in residential property management he wanted to break away from the corporate side of the business.
Jon will talk about the basics of property management and what the 10 Best Screening Questions are when interviewing Property Managers.
Next, he will cover the specific differences between departmentalized property management as opposed to portfolio property management.
