Membership and Guest Registration Waiver
Upon submitting this application, the applicant does hereby acknowledge reading, understanding and adhering to the fact that publications, meetings, workshops, seminars, etc., produced, sponsored or promulgated by the West DFW REI Group, LLC. (WDFWREIG) are designed to provide author’s or speaker’s opinion in regard to subject matter. Such opinion is promulgated with the understanding that neither WDFWREIG nor its individual authors, officers, directors, staff, or volunteers are thus engaged in rendering legal, accounting, or professional service. If legal or other expert assistance is required, the services of a competent professional person should be sought. Similarly, public recognition of merchants or vendors offering special discounts or services to WDFWREIG members shall not be construed as representing any form of warranty, endorsement or guarantee of such service, nor of member satisfaction therewith. WDFWREIG and its officers, directors, volunteers, staff, and authors thus specifically disclaim any corporate or personal liability for any loss or risk as a consequence of the use or application, either directly or indirectly, of any service, product, advice or information provided.
Applicant does hereby allow WDFWREIG the use and distribution of the information provided on the membership application unless otherwise stated in writing, and agrees and acknowledges that: (i) applicant has received a copy of the code of ethics or has been provided access to this document; Click here to access the Code of Conduct (ii) at any time WDFWREIG has the unconditional right to vote not to accept the applicant as a member in its sole and absolute discretion, whereupon the applicant’s dues shall be promptly refunded to the applicant at the applicant’s address on file; and (iii) at any time WDFWREIG has the right to revoke or suspend an applicant’s membership.
Applicant does hereby agree to abide by the WDFWREIG Code of Ethics and Conduct and all WDFWREIG established Policies and Procedures. These documents are posted in the on-line library in the Members Area and on the bottom of each web page.
Implied Consent
By providing your email address, phone number and or cell phone number, you are authorizing WDFWREIG to contact you via email, voice and text for event reminders and special offers. Your contact information, including email, phone and cell phone will never be sold, shared or released to a third party without your prior written consent.
Stop Text/Email/Voice Alerts
You can unsubscribe/cancel Text/Email/Voice alerts/communications at any time by either calling the office and requesting to have the specific alerts/communications stopped or you can do that yourself by going to www.WDFWREIG.com/MyAccount/Default.aspx.
Recurring Billing Waiver
I DO HEREBY AUTHORIZE MY MEMBERSHIP BE RENEWED EITHER MONTHLY, QUARTERLY OR ANNUALLY, BASED ON THE MEMBERSHIP I/WE SELECTED AND THAT THE APPROPRIATE CHARGES (if any) BE APPLIED TO MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE. SHOULD I WISH TO DISCONTINUE MY MEMBERSHIP, I SHALL COMPLY TO WEST DFW REI GROUP, LLC’s POLICY TO SEND A WRITTEN NOTIFICATION VIA ELECTRONIC OR REGULAR MAIL 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE NEXT RECURRING BILLING DATE. I UNDERSTAND ALL SUCH NOTIFICATIONS MUST BE SENT TO:

Membership Refund Policy
Monthly Memberships: are not refundable under any circumstances. Monthly Memberships will renew automatically based on the type/interval of the membership unless you cancel your membership prior to the next billing cycle. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time without penalty.
Annual Memberships: are refundable in the first 30 days. Conditionally, we also offer a 1-year refund policy under the following conditions:
- You must attend at least 6 Main monthly meetings, which are all held on the first Saturday of every month.
- After one year, if your membership automatically renews, you may request a refund in the first 30 days if you have not attended any meetings, events, seminars, workshops or purchased anything through WDFWREIG with a member discount, from the automatic renewal date.
Related/Couples/Business Members
If you purchased a membership with more than one member on it, please send the following information for that member to the WDFWREIG from the Contact Us page:

- Partner Contact’s name
- Partner Contact's mailing address
- Partner Contact’s email address
- Partner Contact’s phone number
Once this information has been received, your additional person(s) on your membership will receive an email with a “password reset link.” Please have each partner/member click on this link to continue setting up their member's profile.
Note: If you RENEWED a membership with more than one person on it, the affiliate members on your account should have automatically updated, but it's a good idea to still click on RELATED MEMBERS to verify it. Event Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise noted in the Event Payment Details, as a general rule, refunds may be obtained provided that cancellations are received at least 7 days prior to the Event. However, refunds for events are not guaranteed. Refunds depend upon the policies of 3rd party vendors and other factors. By registering for this event, you understand that you may not receive a full refund should you need to withdraw. All cancellation and refund requests should be made to the WDFWREIG from the Contact Us page or by calling (817) 599-8058.
