This month, our guest speaker, Andrew Postell has a 20+ year real estate investor specializing in “buy and hold” properties and is a very well-known and active investor in Dallas, Fort Worth.  With an expansive knowledge of structuring, acquiring, rehabbing, and long-term planning, he can speak extensively on the BRRRR Method.  He also might know a thing or two about lending since he specializes in real estate investment loans and is consistently ranked in the country's top 1% of all loan officers.
